DR. AMITAVA ‘BABI’ MITRA

CHIEF EDUCATIONAL STRATEGIST
Dr. Mitra is a seasoned expert in higher education and learning innovation, with over 25 years of experience in institution building, e-learning, and educational technology. He has led transformative initiatives at MIT and BML Munjal University, and holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from BITS Pilani. His global contributions include leadership roles in academic boards, editorial panels, and nonprofit foundations

DR. AJIT PRATAP SINGH

REGIONAL CONSULTANT
Dr. Singh brings over 28 years of teaching and research experience in civil engineering and water quality management. He is currently a Senior Professor and Dean of Academic-Undergraduate Studies at BITS Pilani. With 140 publications, extensive journal review work, and mentorship of numerous graduate and doctoral students, he is a respected voice in environmental policy and engineering education. He also serves on key appraisal committees for the Government of India and is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers and the Indian Association of Hydrologists
