Adesh Tyagi is the Founder, President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of TryfactaEDU, bringing more than 27 years of global leadership in technology, AI, cloud, and digital transformation. A seasoned entrepreneur and strategist, he has led organizations through high‑growth phases, built large‑scale technology operations, and driven over $1.6 billion in transactions across Asia, Europe, and the United States. 

In addition to his leadership at TryfactaEDU, Mr. Tyagi currently serves as Founder, CEO & President of Tryfacta Inc., Managing Partner at Nexent Capital Management, and Co‑Founder of VynHis work spans enterprise solutions, investment strategy, digital innovation, and the creation of platforms that connect talent with opportunity. Through a career grounded in innovation and mission‑driven leadership, Mr. Tyagi remains committed to empowering learners, enriching educational experiences, and shaping a more connected and future‑ready global learning community.

Mr. Tyagi holds dual master’s degrees from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani, India, and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.

Dr. Amitava ‘Babi’ Mitra is the Chairperson of the Board at TryfactaEDU, bringing more than three decades of global leadership in higher education innovation, institutional design, engineering education transformation, and technology‑enabled learning. 

Dr. Mitra currently serves as the Founding Executive Director of the New Engineering Education Transformation (NEET) initiative at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), a major undergraduate initiative launched in 2017 to reimagine engineering education for the 21st century. He previously served as the Founding Dean of the School of Engineering & Technology at BML Munjal University (BMU).

A respected global educator and strategist, Dr. Mitra continues to shape the evolution of engineering and technology education through thought leadership, keynote engagements, international research collaborations, and cross‑sector partnerships. His work reflects a lifelong commitment to designing learning ecosystems that empower students, strengthen communities, and build the capabilities needed for a rapidly changing world.

Dr. Mitra holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani, India, and conducted his doctoral research work at MIT.
